Consultation & Design Process

Enquiry
Have a look through our collections then fill out our enquiry form in the ‘Contact’ section of our website. Here you will have the option to choose one of our collections or a fully bespoke design.
All quotes are tailored to your exact requirements so the more detail you can provide us the better.

Booking & Deposit
Once you are happy with your quote, we will take a deposit to secure your booking, before we begin the design process.
You will receive an invoice, as well as form to complete with all the details required to complete your project.

Design & Proof
Once we have all the required information, you can expect to receive a proof within a previously discussed timeframe.
We can then discuss any necessary amendments. Please check your design carefully as we do not allow any further amendments once moving to the printing stage.

Print & Payment
Before we begin print and production, your final balance according to your invoice will be due.
Printing usually takes around 2 weeks depending on the complexity of the production.
For on the day stationery printing times will be considered in advance to ensure delivery at least 2 weeks before the event date.

Delivery
Once your order has been printed, we will check everything individually to ensure quantities and quality are correct.
We will then be in touch to arrange a delivery date.
